Palmachim Industrial Park – A Unique Asset

IES Holdings holds exclusive rights to Palmachim Industrial Park, which includes a designated land division for seawater desalination—the only privately-owned site of its kind in Israel. This unique asset places IES at the forefront of addressing Israel's increasing water demands, with the aim of fostering regional cooperation.

Seawater Desalination

The Palmachim desalination facility (Palmachim A) currently produces approximately 90 million cubic meters of desalinated water annually using reverse osmosis (RO) technology. Plans are underway to renovate and upgrade the existing facility, alongside the construction of a second plant on-site (Palmachim B), which together will double the total production capacity. IES plans to oversee operations, ensuring sustainable and efficient water production at the highest standards.

Energy Solutions

To support the growth of desalination operations in Palmachim, IES is working to develop energy solutions, including a dedicated Independent Power Producer (IPP) for reliable and efficient energy supply.
