Real Estate is one of the major fields of activity for the Group. Real Estate projects of the IES Group and Mr. Geyer includes:

Andromeda Hill project in Tel Aviv-Jaffa – One of the most famous luxury residential real estate projects in Israel, which consists of 270 apartments along the Mediterranean. The first phase have been sold while the second phase is in development (www.andromeda.co.il). 



Palmahim Industrial Park - Located in the center of Israel along the Mediterranean coast, consists of 300,000 Sqm of Industrial Zone, leased to leading Israeli corporations and to a Sea Water Desalinization project. The Palmachim Industrial Park is one of the largest land reserves for logistics and industry in the center of Israel, and benefits from excellent location and accessibility.

Ovda Aircraft Zone – Located in the south of Israel, near the city of Eilat. The IES group is developing a site of 3,500,000 Sqm for the storage and maintenance of aircrafts.

Sochi Tower project – Located at the heart of the resort city of Sochi, Russia. The IES Group intends to build 25 stories of luxury apartments project. Sochi will host the 2014 Winter Olympics Games.

Mydas Investment fund ltd – Traded on the Tel Aviv Stock exchange and co-controlled by IES, Mydas is investing in real estate properties in the UK and has recently acquired 10 nursing homes portfolio. Mydas is looking to expand its asset portfolio.

Industry activities – Spancrete Palmahim

IES Group holds one of Israel’s leading manufacturers of pre-cast concrete products for the construction industry. Spancrete Palmahim products are used for fast and efficient construction of offices, commercial and residential buildings.
